The hiring process is lengthy.
It involves a couple of phone interviews followed by onsite interviews. The onsite interview consists of 6-7 rounds, followed up by HR.
Once selected, they conduct a background check and drug test, which may take up to 2 weeks.
Questions
Discussing the real-time issues faced on the production site and asking for approaches to address them. I was asked how to improve site response. The interviewer was looking for analytical approaches, not the solution, which was a good way to judge a candidate.
