The time between initial discussion and the first round was more than two weeks. For the second round, it was around the same time. The website doesn't track the status of your application.
Normally, it was more geared toward what was mentioned in my CV. There were no situational questions, though there were normal programming questions.

The interview focused more on my resume and less on what they wanted for that position.
