Decent pay. Good company. Good values it asks to practice and follow, but is it followed? That's a question. Diversity, but watchful of politics.
Do most unacceptable, horrible things to get promoted. Act like a tech guy, innovator, etc. And the undeserving leadership is there to believe so, a drama.
Product management is the height of politics and groupism. You are welcomed easily if you are from JDA.
Inspect your Engg VPs and product VPs and their groupism, favorism, bootlicking, coddling to get promoted. Blame others if they failed. Claim success.
