Pros: Even as an intern, I felt respected, appreciated, and valued for the assistance I provided and the work I completed. Moreover, the internship was paid, which is, unfortunately, a rare find in today's internship arena.
Cons: In a virtual space, there was much less opportunity to connect. While I would not fault the executives, as they are certainly quite busy, you have no choice but to feel isolated and a bit unable to land enough time to make solid connections with your bosses.

Pros: Execs care about their interns, especially ones who take initiative to keep that bridge alive. Execs care to include interns in the development process of shows, animatics, pitch meetings, script coverage, et cetera.
Cons: I think that the company itself could perhaps present more opportunities for interns to see or weigh more long-term positions with the company.

Pros: Modern, top-of-the-line gear; an excellent engineering department; and lots of opportunities for advancement.
Cons: Like most large corporations, there's a lot of politics.
