Process
The first step was an online assessment with some basic Algorithm and ML questions. Along with that, we had to upload two videos answering behavioral questions.
In the next round was an interview. The first question was on reversing a Linked List. This was followed by a discussion on how to design a recommendation system.

More concerned with how you produce something than what you produce; extremely process-oriented; feels like waterfall; deadlines are imposed from above without first asking for work definitions and estimates.
Work/life balance is not balanced.
Experienced people are leaving in droves.
