The interview was for CNN+.
Super slow recruitment process and very poor communication from the recruiters.
They ghost you once it is time to extend an offer. They don’t have the basic decency to let you know they can or cannot send an offer across.
They don’t seem to want to lose a candidate and do not respond until you reach out to them 3-4 times. They keep you waiting without an answer.
You invest the time to sit in every single interview they present before you. Finally, they let you know you cleared the interview and will get back with an offer. Then, they just start to respond every 2 weeks or so until you finally give up and decide you don’t want to work for this company.
Horrible is the word! Very frustrated with the process.
Hope they get better at their recruitment processes.
