I was contacted by a woman who said Wayfair was interested in my candidacy. We set up a phone screen.
She asked me about my experience and told me more about the company and the direction it's headed in. Then she asked me a brain teaser. I ended up solving it fairly quickly (within two minutes).
The next day, I received an email saying I was no longer being considered.

Pros: Work-life balance was good. There were a lot of snacks. The office location is great, and the office is nice.
Cons: People have terrible and unjustified egos. Everyone's had too much of their own Kool-Aid and thinks they're amazing engineers on par with Google, etc. When in reality, the company is full of sub-par engineers (which is apparent by how little they pay their engineers). They claim to be a meritocracy, but questioning the status quo is never respected and works more like a high school clique.
