Process

I received a LinkedIn message from an HR screener who was likely using LinkedIn's tech keyword searches.

I agreed to a call, which was productive, and we subsequently scheduled a phone technical screen for a couple of days later. During this screen, I had to code a problem online in a collaborative IDE.

The next day, I heard back that I had aced the technical screen and was being referred to a different recruiting group. The woman I worked with from that point on was incredibly professional, friendly, reliable, and made me feel great about the entire process.

The next step after speaking with her was an onsite interview, which lasted for six hours. She clearly explained what to expect, and the interview unfolded exactly as she had described.

A couple of days after the onsite interview, I received an offer and was happy to give notice to my employer at the time.

Questions

Every question for phone screen and in person (at least for me) was here on Glassdoor. Go through all of the questions, make sure you can work through them, and you will be fine, as long as your personality is good also.
