The interview process involved an initial phone call with a recruiter. This was followed by an online and timed technical test, and then another similar technical test where an in-house programmer followed along from their end.
It was a positive experience all around.

Pros: The company has grown immensely in the last couple of years and continues to do so. There are many complex problems we are trying to solve, and a lot of smart people are working hard on building solutions to these problems. There are many opportunities for growth, both personal and professional.
Cons: Not necessarily a con (at least for me), but you need to be willing to adapt to changes quickly. This is what makes us so successful.

Pros: Tremendous growth during COVID, with plenty of opportunities to work with different technologies.
Cons: Engineering is a mess. Leadership is all over the place.

Great Intern Program, Unstable Company

Pros: - Loved my manager and team.
- The intern program was well-developed, offering networking and social outings.
- Intern housing was super well-located, convenient, cheap, and social, situated at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
- There were clear expectations on how to get a return offer.
- Three days per week were spent in the office.
- The pay was good.
Cons: - The company seemed very unstable, which made me unsure if I would want to return after grad.
- There was low morale among employees.
