Pros: Good, fun and interesting work.
Great people, everyone is very helpful and friendly.
Fun, young culture, which is great for people out of school.
Good, competitive benefits (free snacks, good medical/dental/401k, etc.).
Cons: - Way below average pay; some people get huge raises and others don't without any real reasoning.
- Sometimes the workload can be large, depending on the time of year and team.

Good Culture, Bad Pay
Junior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Boston, Massachusetts, United States
July 24, 2012
Pros: It's a fun environment to work in.
The people are really cool, and there are many opportunities to learn.
It's a laid-back work culture, and the company throws an event every quarter where they give out free booze and food.
Cons: The biggest gripe is below-average pay. Many other engineers make more money with other companies in Boston.
The ramp-up process can be very slow, and the process for training new people isn't very efficient.
