I applied, and within a day or two, they emailed me back. They first asked me a couple of questions to understand how thoroughly I grasped web development. They then requested a sample of my work, so I sent a project I had developed a year earlier.
Next, they asked me to complete a problem in Java, which I did within a day. After that, I had a coding interview where they asked me to write code on a collaborative coding site while they observed.
I didn't perform very well due to a lack of sleep, and they did not pursue further. They seemed fair, and their questions weren't particularly difficult. My main challenges were coding while sleep-deprived and articulating my thought process, as this was my first or second interview right out of college.
