The overall process is really slow, and at some point, you feel like you need to beg them to continue. Some interviewers lack experience actually conducting interviews. By far, it was one of the most stressful interviews I have ever had because interviewers were pushing me, even when I didn't know the answer. They expect you to spend multiple days on the home task assignment. Both tech rounds were focused on the home assignment; however, 70% of the time was allocated for a particular small problem that you might be least familiar with, and therefore the whole process feels like an exam in university. They try to find our weaknesses and highlight them during the interview.
