An internal recruiter contacted me online to "poach" me from another company. It seemed like a decent opportunity, so they arranged an interview.
The interview itself (a phone screen) was nothing like I understood it was supposed to be. There was no coding problem, either in advance or on the phone.
Like some others said, the interviewer seemed like he had something better to do (very rushed). He asked me two technical questions and didn't like the answer to one of them, so that was the end of the process.
It was a generic PHP question. Honestly, it was so rushed, I could barely understand it.
