The first round was a technical assessment. The second round was a coding round, which went fine after one reschedule from the recruiter's side. The third round was an application design round, which was rescheduled twice and then a third time. On the day of the actual interview, the first reminder came for the interview, and then at 10 AM, a rejection email arrived for the 3 PM interview.

Pros: Everyone I worked with was a caring and smart person who wanted to support me. I never felt like the direct management or coworkers were ever against me. We were always a team.

Cons: Legacy tech stack and code still prevalent despite efforts to move away from it. Despite the immediate team and management wanting more change, these changes were outside of our scope. Sometimes it felt like some of the most important things to change were impervious to change.

Pros: Everyone I worked with was a caring and smart person who wanted to support me. I never felt like the direct management or coworkers were ever against me. We were always a team.

Cons: Legacy tech stack and code still prevalent despite efforts to move away from it. Despite the immediate team and management wanting more change, these changes were outside of our scope. Sometimes it felt like some of the most important things to change were impervious to change.
