Pros: The engineers you work with will always help you when you get stuck. However, the documentation they provide is mostly broken link farms or outdated (older than 6 months here means everything has changed).
Cons: I liked the company until the COVID era, as management became political and disconnected from the ICs they work with. I have had great managers, as well as ones that I felt did not provide enough value for my team.
