Pros: Very strong company, really focuses on the employee experience. Workload is challenging and substantial but not stressful or exhausting. Diversity isn't as strong as it could be, but it's better than many other companies I have worked for. They have very transparent programs on improving Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion. They have excellent benefits and compensation and lots of fringe benefits and perks, such as free snacks and beer. During COVID, they established work-from-home before most other employers and have not required anyone to return yet.

Cons: It is in the middle of Boston, so parking or commuting is expensive and time-consuming. There are no cubicles; desks are in long rows, right on top of each other like a sweatshop. Noise-canceling headphones are a must if you plan on focusing. There are not enough conference rooms or private areas for phone calls or private meetings.

Pros: There was always somebody there who knew more than me, which I could learn from, no matter the topic. I was able to grow my career significantly over my time there.

Cons: We had to deal with several rounds of layoffs over the past 4 years, which was hard.
