This was probably the quickest interview I have ever appeared for a full-time Software Engineer position at any company. This position is for the Wayfair Labs department.

It involved mainly two rounds and one coding challenge:

1. HR Round: This was simple enough, with questions including a basic SQL query and other topics.
2. Coding Challenge: This was straightforward if you have strong coding skills. You would be given a day to complete it.
3. Hiring Manager Interview: This was a phone interview where the manager asked three questions, one of which was related to the coding challenge previously attempted.

I received the offer the next day. Overall, the process took about two weeks.
