Pros: The company has a great work-life balance and flexibility for its employees. You can choose your team, project, and location.

Cons: They have problems with their operational model. The company is having trouble making profits. They keep losing money over the years. When they are facing financial difficulties, they will immediately throw their employees off the bus (layoff). The executive leaders are liars. The management is not transparent at all. Instead of brainwashing you that the company is running fine and they have enough budget (but actually do not), they lay off people without any prior notice. The employee could wake up at 7 AM in the morning and suddenly find that they have been laid off, and their account will be deactivated within 2 hours.

Pros: Decent pay and benefits. Employee discount perks make it somewhat worth it.

Cons: Good luck being approved for a remote role.

Pros: - Good yearly salary. - Free coffee and snacks. - Good desk supplies. - Open work environment. - Cool culture; parties every couple of weeks.

Cons: - Got laid off after 2 months, even though they said I was improving. - Management was super disorganized and not transparent. - "I can't give you a recommendation for legal reasons." <-- Something my manager said to me after she laid me off.
