Pros

The company has a great work-life balance and flexibility for its employees. You can choose your team, project, and location.

Cons

They have problems with their operational model. The company is having trouble making profits. They keep losing money over the years.

When they are facing financial difficulties, they will immediately throw their employees off the bus (layoff). The executive leaders are liars. The management is not transparent at all. Instead of brainwashing you that the company is running fine and they have enough budget (but actually do not), they lay off people without any prior notice. The employee could wake up at 7 AM in the morning and suddenly find that they have been laid off, and their account will be deactivated within 2 hours.
