Pros: Good, and helping people and culture around.
Cons: Loss of quality talent. The new talent that is coming is not as good as the ones that left.
I see a lot of Indian new hires, at least in my department. As an Indian myself, I would like to work with diverse people, which makes work more interesting for me.
Engineering is very domain-heavy and not interesting for an engineer who is really interested in engineering, and the said job requires an engineer, at least in my department.
