Process
The interview process is horrible.
The first round is a behavioral interview with a senior manager.
Then there's the Karat interview, followed by a phone interview with their recruiter.
The Karat interview came first, and I think I did well.
Then the worst part happened: the recruiter didn't show up for the phone interview, and they didn't even send an email.
It was the worst interview experience I ever had.
There was no respect for their candidates at all.
Stay away.
