The interview process was pretty smooth and straightforward. The follow-up after each interview was super quick.
Phone Screen: Read about the culture at Wayfair and questions related to 'Why do you want to work here?'.
Coding Challenge: It was a 24-hour take-home coding challenge. Also, they asked me to provide a sample of previous projects/code that was quite complex and showcased my coding abilities. Make sure that the code you submit follows standard coding guidelines (e.g., comments). Try to write easy-to-understand code.
Technical Interview: Initially, they asked me to explain the code I had written in the coding challenge. Be sure to explain it as clearly as possible. You were then given some PHP code and asked to find the output. The code was pretty simple; you could ask for any syntax of PHP and keep talking while you walked through the code. After this, you were asked to solve 2-3 coding questions (in a language of your choice).
Personality Interview: Questions asked included 'Describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker/teammate and how you resolved it,' and 'Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you rectified it.' Similar questions were asked.
The recruiter set up one more phone call to verbally give me the job offer and answer some remaining questions I had.
Most of the questions I was asked are mentioned previously on Glassdoor.
