It was my first interview in a long time, and after going through a lot more companies, I would like to say the professionalism of Wayfair was the best.

I had an initial phone screen and then a coding phone interview.

I was able to answer only one of the coding interview questions and was not surprised to get rejected.

The best part of that was that the recruiter wanted to have a phone call to explain the reason for my rejection, and he also mentioned I could apply once more when I see a suitable position.

I don't think any employer today would make that effort to set up a phone call just to tell the reason for rejection.

Hats off to Wayfair, and I would love to work with them in the future.
