I spoke with a recruiter at the Wayfair booth during my school's career fair and was directed to apply online for the Wayfair Labs position. Less than a week later, I received an email from the recruiter, and a 30-minute phone screen was scheduled. Following the phone screen, the recruiter contacted me to request an online programming exercise. For the next stage, I was asked to submit a code sample from any project I had worked on. Two days later, I received a response asking to schedule a final technical interview, which took place a couple of weeks later. The interview went well, and the interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. The following day, the recruiter called with an offer.
