A great place to be curious and to learn.
I am on the promotions team, and oh boy, I have the best manager and a great team to learn from.
Willingness to learn and show interest at every point will take you a long way in this firm.
Salary is a little low, but is secondary. Nothing else that I can think of. Promotions are slower. Sometimes a little stressful.
Keep going and keep innovating. They hire international candidates and give them a chance to learn and have a future.
