Process
I received an email from a recruiter to set up a phone screen. The phone screen consisted of basic get-to-know-you questions, such as 'Why Wayfair?', 'Describe a project you worked on,' and salary expectations. The next round was an online coding problem, which I had to submit within 24 hours. I also had to provide a code sample for a project that best reflected my abilities. I was rejected afterwards, probably because they did not like my code sample.
