I received a message on Hired.com about a Software Engineer position and scheduled a call with the recruiter. It turns out she hadn't truly read my resume. It felt very unprofessional and was a waste of time. To be frank, the interview was rather poorly executed. However, it did reveal the nature of the company.

Honestly, I believe I am overqualified for their roles, but I wanted to assess if they were a good company. I should have trusted the reviews on Glassdoor.

Another recruiter also contacted me about a position on Hired.com, and they were much more professional.

It looks like you have some database experience on your resume.
