Process

I spoke with one of the managers, and she offered me a position as a QA Analyst. After a week, they requested time for an onsite interview, which was 5 hours long with 5 different people. I provided the recruiter with my available days, but he did not respond. After waiting for two weeks, I emailed the manager I had interviewed with, but again received no response. Finally, after three weeks, the recruiter responded, and we set the interview date.

I spoke with 5 different managers and engineers. They asked about my past work and a few questions to assess my problem-solving approach. At the end, the recruiter told me he would provide feedback within 5 working days. However, after three weeks, nothing had happened. I received an offer from a different company and informed them, hoping they might provide some feedback, but they did not even answer my email.

They seem like a disorganized company, especially the recruitment team.
