There is no way anyone could care about you. They bring people from outside Germany or outside the EU and pay them a misery of a salary. This is why many leave after the first year, as they all wait to sell the shares they are entitled to after 12 months.
In late 2019, they laid off hundreds of people after a chaotic growth. All the managers got bonuses and salary raises due to targets being achieved, and then the suckers that got hired were fired.
Just leave and let the workers organize themselves.
