The best thing about Wayfair is that it is an environment that lets you learn how to do things the right way, not just as fast as possible.
If you’ve been in school your whole life, the transition to the pace of Wayfair will be a little hard to get used to. At school, everything has hard due dates, and you will do poorly if you don’t make the 11:59 p.m. cutoff. At Wayfair, there is more of an emphasis on getting things done the right way, and if that takes a little while longer, then that’s okay. This dynamic was hard to get used to.
