Blind leadership, striving to imitate MAANG at any cost. Blinded by the promise of OSL, nearly all historical knowledge has been laid off as they sink more and more money into hiring non-contributors in Bengaluru, hoping enough cheaper labor will somehow keep the ship afloat.
Management is a lost cause, and has been ever since they opted to strip Germany bare and open up an Indian office where we have no market. The hole just keeps being dug deeper and deeper, and their only play is laying off more people, irrespective of what responsibilities and knowledge they are eliminating. Expect many more outages and poor performance as things continue to spiral.
