Business is currently struggling a lot, and there is a widespread sense of apathy for the past 3 years. Everyone is just thinking about when their turn to be laid off will be.
A lot of politics is happening and driving decision-making and, above all, clogging progress. Big projects just get stuck in the decision-making phase while different directors are engaged in territory fighting.
