I had a great manager (just got a new one - jury is still out).
Lots of responsibility early on.
Work-life balance for engineering isn't great.
Legacy systems and dependencies break all the time.
The new engineering shift is causing a little bit of chaos, sending everyone to the cloud on microservices (which many engineers here out of college have not experienced).
Compensation is at the very low end of market value.
My experience has been that teams are understaffed.
