Revenue is going down year over year, and they are having difficulties repaying their debt. So, they are moving most of the jobs to India and downsizing in Boston to save money. Silent layoffs are happening every week. Perks are going away, including the snacks in the kitchen. The stock used to be $350; now it often comes down to the $35-$45 range, a 90% loss from the top.
