Chaotic company with great coworkers
I have learned and continue to learn countless things via my day-to-day work at Wayfair. Moreover, the people I work with are incredibly bright and easy to collaborate with and learn from.
The company is outsourcing most of its engineering teams to India. The company's leadership makes hasty decisions to improve immediate company performance (layoffs, cost-cutting, etc.). There is limited room for promotion after you have reached a certain level, and the culture can be intense at times.
