Yearly layoffs. Limited upwards mobility. Regular re-orgs and limited backfills. High turnover. So many services on KTLO, since skeleton crew teams of 5 or less are trying to keep everything afloat with what used to be 30 people. Many teams offshore, and coordination and support is pretty bad compared to how it used to be.
Re-think RTO policy. Look more critically at stresses on teams after all of the re-orgs every six months to a year.
