Used to pay a good salary and had an outlook for growth. I had a chance to work with so many fantastic colleagues.
Tech organization is a mess. Engineering culture is low, and overall architecture has so much room for improvement. It feels like you work at a startup (because of unprofessionalism), but the company is 20 years old. Three waves of layoffs (or as they call them, RIFs) moved morale and motivation to the bottom of a dumpster. Top management are wannabe experts, but in reality, they are incompetent trouble-makers. It seems like the whole company is at full speed to its sunset. I would absolutely recommend avoiding working there.
