Pros

Decent pay and stock options. A lot of resources are available to learn and grow professionally. Few Engineering guys are super smart.

Cons

Working extra hours has become the norm, and it often goes unnoticed. Infrastructure is scattered and not well-designed. Micromanaging is increasing with the passage of time.

To solve issues, you need to depend on your own skills; you don't get much help from others. Benefits are just okay. Employee contributions to the insurance premium are very high. Company contributions to 401k are just okay compared to other companies in the same category.

Advice to Management

Benefits definitely need review. Please consider other companies' benefits. Employees are expected to work beyond work hours, though that is not stated explicitly.
