But due to a lack of Tech Leads, the whole landscape of technology is so diverse and mingled together that it makes anyone feel in a chaotic environment.
Invest in the seniority of your own staff and strive for some generalized consistency. A lot of tech choice in the company is great, but also a nightmare for the next generations that have to maintain all sorts of integrations written 10 years ago.
