Good challenge. Good work.
Nothing. I work as a freelancer.
I was approached on LinkedIn and set up a phone call. They just wanted to learn about my background. It was a great chat, though. There weren't many technical questions, but I did learn about behavioral questions (BQs).
The interview was lengthy but fun. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Questions were mostly related to problem-solving and teamwork. Wayfair is a great place to work, with high technologies used.
I don't think I applied to Wayfair on their website, but I received a call from a recruiter on Hired. Round 1: Phone Screening This round felt positive. The recruiter was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions, and they moved me on
