Leadership doesn't provide direction and doesn't listen to feedback from anyone under L5. L5+ folks don't work much with each other. Instead of creating isolation, they instead create plans on how to change everyone else's space. A lot of drama.

Staff Software Engineer
Initial 1-hour technical interview. I was asked questions on system design, followed by a 30-minute coding question. The team expected me to provide a working solution to the coding question. I consulted with my recruiter and decided to take a redo.
