Friendly coworkers. Good discount on the website. Nice office in the great Boston area.
Not much transparency from the leadership. Life-work balance is low. Unnecessary competition between team members. There is no bonus.
I was first contacted by a recruiter and chatted on the phone with them for about 30 minutes, reviewing what was on my resume and the company in general. After that, they set me up for a technical interview with one of the team leads using CoderPad.
There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter that discussed basic technological experience as well as a few behavioral questions. The next round was an online coding challenge, with no time limit. After that, there was a technical interview
Asked logic-oriented questions, not programming-specific for the most part. Very friendly; helped me be comfortable while answering.
