Two rounds. One technical interview and one managerial round. It was through consultancy. I attended the technical interview on the first day. I reached their place and was asked to take a telephonic interview.

Pros: Free cab service, biscuits, and coffee.

Cons: You are given a dummy terminal with Citrix client installed on it. The machines are pretty slow, and if you are doing serious development work that involves using the latest technologies, you will get frustrated soon. The internet connection is also pretty slow. Not to mention, some of the managers at Wells Fargo who oversee the contractors' work micromanage and have no clue about what the contractors are working on. The cafeteria food is of bad quality.

Cons: You are given a dummy terminal with Citrix client installed on it. The machines are pretty slow, and if you are doing serious development work that involves using the latest technologies, you will get frustrated soon. The internet connection is also pretty slow. Not to mention, some of the managers at Wells Fargo who oversee the contractors' work micromanage and have no clue about what the contractors are working on. The cafeteria food is of bad quality.

Pros: Good for full-time employees (that's what I came to know). You will get work-life balance.

Cons: The company is not at all good for contract employees. Below, I am sharing the reasons. * There is no Work From Home. * They will treat you like a slave. * Even if you have work or do not have work, you have to maintain 9 hours. * They do not calculate the budget before hiring and fire after hiring in the name of cost cutting. * They would not allow you to enter your vehicle until you get a parking sticker and do not have any visitors' parking space. You have to keep your vehicle outside the SEZ.
