You are given a dummy terminal with Citrix client installed on it. The machines are pretty slow, and if you are doing serious development work that involves using the latest technologies, you will get frustrated soon. The internet connection is also pretty slow. Not to mention, some of the managers at Wells Fargo who oversee the contractors' work micromanage and have no clue about what the contractors are working on. The cafeteria food is of bad quality.
