Pros: Lots of technical exposure in the project, at least it was in mine.
Friendly colleagues, little politics.
Sole laptop for all FTE's, work-from-home facilities.
Two floors with a nice food court, offering all types of food dishes.
Team recognitions are there.
Posh 2-to-10-floor building with lavish internal infrastructure.
Cons: Hiring HR makes false salary promises. Later, they call people for negotiation and try their best to cut down the offered CTC. The work-from-home facility depends upon the manager. My manager didn't encourage or approve it. Else, everything is up to the mark.
