After their internal initial screening, the HR called to explain the JD interview process (2 rounds of interview) and scheduled the first round of interview with the Hiring Manager.

The following day, I was interviewed by two individuals, unlike expected. The first round lasted for 1.5 hours, and the second one for 45 minutes.

I was advised to meet again sometime in the evening or the following day. I had to follow up with the HR to schedule this next round of interview, which was delayed due to internal confirmation from the interview panel. The third round was held by the AVP instead of the hiring manager, as communicated by the interviewer in the previous round. This third round lasted for 0.5 hours, and the AVP advised me to stay hooked for HR communication and to expect delay, as there were others lined up after me for interviews.

The HR got back to me with a request for one last round of interview with the US partners on the last working day of the week, which got postponed to the following Wednesday and then again to the following Friday. The reason cited was a delay in their US partners' availability of time.

This last round of US partner interview was dropped to hold the final HR round. I did not negotiate here as I was offered more than what I quoted, but otherwise, this would have been the round of negotiations.

I was advised to forward all my relevant documents scanned, and upon receiving them, the Offer Letter was rolled out. I accepted the offer after a couple of clarifications with the HR.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, with only to-the-point questions relevant to the subject, domain, and expertise, and of course, assessing the team & people management skills.
