Panel interview. Two were over the phone at a remote location and two in Charlotte, NC. Behavioral-based questions were asked. There were two department heads and two supervisors from adjacent units. The interview was cordial and direct. I enjoyed the conversation. I did not get the job, but a thorough debriefing was made available to me with constructive feedback.
