Wells Fargo has a great benefits package, and a lot of good growth opportunities.
Mega - Bureaucracy. Sometimes it is really hard to get simple things done. It can be really difficult to navigate the giant corporate structure that is Wells Fargo. Often, just finding out who you have to talk to is half the battle of getting what you need to get done.
Separate the software development part of the organization from the management part of the organization. Rather than every department having a handful of programmers, have one large department full of programmers that services every other department.
