Reduce process by about 200%, trim to the bone, take classes in Lean and Agile, and get off the Waterfall and high documentation slow performance bandwagon.

A bit intimidating but was reasonable. They seemed dismissive and falsely polite at the end. The interview room was too open and had someone watching us, but not asking questions.
