I had a couple of different HR screenings for a few different Software Engineering positions. Both HR reps said I would hear back in about a week. For both positions, weeks passed, and I didn't hear back; nor was my application status updated.

I was the worst. They rejected me even though I cleared all the rounds. I even talked to HR, but never received the offer letter. I was very disappointed by the management of the company and am not interested in joining the company now.

Around six weeks, due in part to conflicts with various people, including me. This latest position started with the HR recruiter, then the hiring manager, a couple of other managers, and then the offer came. Note my last job, for an SA5 role, took t
